It is well known that neurodivergence is not properly understood by most professionals. Therefore, it is our desire to offer a space where neurodivergent clients can feel fully seen and heard. Having a therapist with autism has offered a unique and natural experience to clients with autism/ADHD. Bridge to Wonderland helps clients create life and career goals the are realistic and reflective of their needs and core values, while assisting in the journey of healing the traumas and anxieties that get in the way of success. We offer consultations on therapy with autistic/ADHD clients to increase the knowledge base of other therapists in our community. We provide training to small and large businesses on working well with neurodivergent employees. This includes education on how many employers can create sensory-friendly work environments that can better everyone, training on implicit bias, and ways to best utilize the unique skills of neurodivergent employees.
